A Sun for Which I Have Sought

Keep me oft in the warmth of the sun
and I'll brighten your darkest room

Quench my roots with the flow of your love
and I'll grow in perpetual bloom

Talk to me now, talk to me then,
place me near in your rays, I am caught

Basking in the light that is you
and a sun for which I have sought

Dear Atslanta

This is a lovely little poem. Nicely written.

Upon thy slumber shall intrude,
Our thoughts, our souls- O God above!
In every deed shall mingle, love."
