That first moment, it feels so right,
When you just happened to catch sight
Of that, your one true lover's eyes
That can raise you above the sky

With a quick glance they reach your soul
Their eyes just as black as coal
Those eyes hold the key to your heart
You knew you loved them from the start.

The ones you searched for your whole life
The lone ones that ended your strife
Nothing matters when they're around
They touch your life without a sound

Without them our lives would be without hope
We would be sad, not able to cope
They make life living for everyone
They make our lives exciting and fun

So if you find the one, that you truly love
Your guardian angel for way up above
Always remember they are one of a kind
Inside of them, yourself you will find

Very good...I like it. Some people just don't realize who that person is until it's too late. And the real trick is figuring out if it is really THAT ONE PERSON, or if it is just someone whose only purpose in the long run is to make you appriciate those certain people in your life. Very nice poem tho...makes you think!
