It has always been there
as always does…
…then and now and forever…
Dreams come in from the dark outside
slipping through to a mind inside
that wakens in the night

Small children and the bugger man hiding in the corners and closets. Ohhhhh . . . What's to be afraid of . . . . EVERYTHING!!!

Sounds like the making of a nursery rhyme.
  
Lot’s of hugs and comforting words seem to do the trick.
(Along with a night light too).

There is still that little girl in me that I have to remind not to be afraid of the dark...
As an adult, dark has taken on a whole new meaning...
