Autumn Sunset (part 3)

Hand in hand they're watching, the Sun begin to set
Her sun-hat lays abandoned, where once in tears she wept
A blaze of red and orange, reflects within her eyes
Two hearts that beat together, to roost a sea-bird flies

A hush now falls around them, the waves the only sound
No words to pass between them, and night sky stars abound
A Harvest Moon now rising, what stories it could tell
Their footsteps and their shadows, in Love together fell

The breeze so softly whispers, true words of Love to her
Somewhere a night-owl calling, his mate in love will stir
No longer caged this bluebird, she soars into the sky
A Love so true she knows now, no need to question why

The sea has cooled the Sunset, the Moon low in the sky
She knows this Love's forever, until the day they die
And even then their shadows, will still walk on the sand
Her shining eyes remember, that first time hand in hand

Ok, you have a new fan in me ... the rhymes are so fluid, very harmonious, no forcing. You are good at it!

And romance of this kind always touches the heart.

I read all three poems. They are all wonderful.
So enjoyed Michelmas,

Quite the sunset, it's like I was there in person.  Great work with the rhymes.
