I built a boat of solitude
to navigate closer the truths,
the lonely and rocky souls,
the empathy of falling stars,

I built a boat of sweetness
to navigate your friendly dresses,
forget the origin of hurt loves
on the hull of your spicy hips,

I built a boat of tranquility
to make the tour of your fragile heart,
by enjoying every evident wave
as an apple in your hands,

I built a boat without pain
to cross your affectionate eyes,
to find loving islands
In every improvised tacking.

Yann,

You are a master boat builder and a fine poet.  I do love this poem and I will be back to read it again.

Great piece of writing, Yann. Almost classic in its presentation. It seems you have build a mighty fine boat . . .

"As an apple in your hands" That is my favorite line; perfect imagery.

Oh, those islands of love and peace ... you navigate so beautifully here, dear Yann!

Exceptional. I can only imagine how exquisite this is in French!
