just as my
feet reach solid
ground,shifting sands
I find beneath

just as my
heart finds a
home,stormy seas
I do weep

just as my
soul in anguish
cries,slowly subdued
I lose faith

just as my
love lies bleeding
torn,soft sighs
I hope again

just as my
resolve is finally
weakened,silken suasion
I breathe anew

just as my
acquiescence hides no
malice,strangely supine
I find you.

interesting (may I say clever) line usage...also found the continuity of the last lines of each stanza remarkably well done...nice write

Just as I think I am ready to leave the site for a bit - I find one more poem to draw me back.

I like this.
