Hands
So rough
But gentle
Their loving touch
With ev’ry sweet sigh
It is never enough
I can’t tell you how or why
Your touch that’s so soft and so gruff
Sings sweetly to the deep depths of me
And I love them being so gently rough

Whew! This has me thinking of my husband's hands...I've always told him I love the roughness in his hands. He thinks I'm crazy because he doesn't "get" it...but you're poem shows me I'm not the only one who feels that way.
