Poetic Judge

(Free Verse Poetry)

Some live among winds trial and tribulations
Writing currents among labels and judgments,
Where we are poets, using Free Verse calculations,
Maybe using, strict time honored Poetry treatments.

But what is Poetry, but the release of the mind
Floating among gentle Uni-Verse lines wordplay,
Condensing into words riding imagery’s winds
In spontaneous combustion of creations bouquet.

Sometimes we face a Poetic Judge of judgment,
Who will decide, what Poetry is in our characters,
To be convicted within words Poetry judgement,
Of judgment and judgement in a Poetic character.

Two magnetic repellants of similar bipolar views,
Two magnetic attractants of dissimilar polar brews.
What is Poetry, and is it, one meaning being accrued?
Or like music, it spreads verse, beyond conformed glue.

Banned upon corporate edicts, some poets ponder,
What will Human Resources consider Poetry’s world?
In poetic Biblical verse, can fingers at home wander?
Can a song’s poetic lyrics dwellings be unfurled?

American Incorporation eminent domain HooverNomics,
Where in Hoover’s time Monopolies ruled employee time,
Home sweet homes in 24/7 conformed edict economics
Of working serf-slaves denied Civil Liberties rhyme.

No matter, Terminated for Poetry, the corporate Judge ruled,
Without due process of peer review defense of one’s conviction.
Terminated for Poetry Resume Bush world, Free Speech overruled,
Forced retirement to live the American Poetic dream of diction.

Regaining Constitutional Freedom and Democracy Free Will
To write among the winds currents of America’s Artmosphere.
One nails fingers to reigning keyboards needs in fulfilled drills
Upon serious attempts for recognition in a poet’s atmosphere.

But now the Poetic Judges states that one does not write Poetry
That one’s words now need banned, upon American poetry forums.
So like inside my home, sites must now Label poets with Poetic
Judges of what Poetry is, then why was one - Terminated for Poetry?

God, You gave me this gift,
What in this American hell, is it called?
And why must the miracle within,
Be this extinguished American dream?
In birth’s rest in peace grave silence;
God, I need some Poetic Angels,
To teach me how to use Your gifts
In a divine World of Poetry
Where Poetry is in the eyes
Of the beholders in-sight,
And God’s final judgment
Or judgement.

That must have been a horrible experience for you when you were 'terminated' because of your free-thinking poetry. Hey, by the way, I enjoyed this poem done in free verse!

"What is Poetry, and is it, one meaning being accrued?
Or like music, it spreads verse, beyond conformed glue."

~ "conformed glue"! You come up with the coolest phrases!

Just write, don't look over your shoulder.
Each person will have his/her own interpretations and opinions.
Poetry and prose are as diverse as the numbers of people who write and read.
It's called DIVERSITY.
Thank goodness some still believe in it.

Earth Angel Thank You.
Yes, it was bad for in everything I wrote down, I had to see if it was poetic. In the end as I expected, everything was poetic. The  HR rep threw that Terminated for Poetry slap in my face and smiled, then said he would highly recommend my work performance to others, if I did not state the reason I was left go. I told him, I did not fear the Truth, his smile disappeared.

Anyway, I love the Earth Angels they bless my spirit with a smile.

Funny thing is that "conformed glue," I taught was weak, but maybe it makes concrete sense.

Midnitesun Thank You. Yes, one's wings needs dreams ahead of us, and not shattered behind us by those that assume, before innocence.

=============================
There are two extreme sides of Poets, like the rest of the arts, those with Conservative arts of atmosphere, and those with the HeArt of Artmosphere. One is so conforming and the other so diverse.

Sometimes we are believing that we are in a free society , only to wake up one day and see that it wasn't so free after all.

That is one of the things I love about PIP, you can come here and be free, just jump off that cliff, let go, release....

Pip is my escape, and the day when the real world takes over PIP , comes in, starts controlling or policing these pages,

IT will be a very sad day for me, freedom of ones expression, thoughts, there isn't any value
you could put on that!

PIP is that loving and friendly place,
unique , and we as poets, the feelers of the world, the thinkers , we need to come together instead of being against each other.

We are a special breed, our kind, was placed upon this earth for human kind, to be a voice, where others have none, to heal,
to bring to light, unity, love, peace.

We are the voice for the earth, its destruction, the voice for the animals in distinction, the voice for the children.

We have been given a great gift, with great
power, look throughout history, what has been left that has passed on through the years? WORDS, books, that educate generation after generation.

Nothing more has an effect on society than words, quotes, etc.

The biggest book of all, The bible still remains, and is today changing lives.

More than money, material gain, pride, ego,
our words, will be all that remains of us when we pass, one thought, one book could change the whole world.

That my friend, is power, that is a gift, that is poetry.

(Enjoyed your poem, lol as you can guess, after my long winded reply, you really got my mind rolling...)

Thanks for the trip~

A Romantic Heart Thank You

There are words that ride mountains in our Uni-Verse, and your words rang our like a Liberty Bell of American Independence in what a poet is, first and foremost it is inside us as a God given gift that must ride wings, as your words did so eloquently. These words were Poetry to my ears, even if some will Label it otherwise, because of the power of your words depth that prose does not often carry.

This fight is not about anyone, but those that want to redefine Poetry of the HeArt of the American Artmosphere. I am but a grain of sand that must weather the tides abrasion, to ride the currents inside my mind to dream that impossible American dream on a canvas of love. That is the sad fact that truly my doubts cast my future.

Blessing, and excuse the typos I am a Poet, not a Republican.

Your words here read like a Poetic Declaration of Independence.

Part of poem

Frozen American Free Speech

One lays there barren, frozen in place,
Born indentured to edicts of silence.
Free speech wraith amputated space,
Ghostly haze caste shadow sentence.
