Peace Will Come!

Flooding as if Mother Earth would wash herself clean, followed by
killing heat taking the breath away from those not able to escape.
Hurricanes bring death and destruction in never ending
cycles, storms crash across this land lightning bringing forest fires.
Earthquakes that shake the world tearing apart what man has
built, waves higher than mans tallest houses wipe them out in only
minuets.
Tempers flare around the world hate controls the minds of
men, there is little love to be found while little children starve to
death.
In a time that should be peaceful when there is enough to feed
all people, greed and madness takes a hand and Mother Earth has had
enough.
The winged ones shed many tears Creator speaks and no one
hears, families and kin turn and tear each other down.
Ceremonies are forgotten prayers are not rising, chaos rules our
lives and not one steps forward to take charge.
Elders nod their heads in wisdom they gave warning but were not
heeded, now man will pay the price for their greed and averice.
Father Sky is dark with filth and killing posions, those who want
more will not stop, they face each other without fear but they will
know true fear, when Creator stops them.
Gather children it is time play the flutes and beat the drum, when
Creators voice is heard it is time for true rejoicing.
Peace will once again rule Turtle Island, those who know will be
needed,be prepared to take your places when they are forced to face
the mistakes they are making!

"Elders nod their heads in wisdom they gave warning but were not
heeded"

Yes, the "elders" walk amongst us in many forms these days and still they aren't heeded. One wonders when the last and final warning will be issued but I sincerely hope "not in my lifetme".  Enjoyed the read!

The wisdom taught to us by the elders has been pin point perfect.
So much honesty, and calm knowing moves your pen Granny, and I find myself nodding with your words, and rocking in its music.
