       Spring’s Anthem

‘Neath wind-fountains
mixing flavored seasons
of my soul’s content
when sunlight shakes the
    ground,
I taste your happiness
on this feather-edge of
    Spring,
the forests sing
in timbered voice
their sweetest serenade
of life and love reborn.

Your spirit
is the deep, strong sea
whereupon I launch my heart!

"feather-edge of Spring"

yes, that's a truly welcome breath
  after nor-easters, arctic blasts
and chilling romantic mishaps

whereupon I launch my heart!"

"sunlight shakes the ground,"

"Your spirit
is the deep, strong sea
whereupon I launch my heart!"

I have always looking for a poem about spring.
Yours is very good. very good. It feeds my heart.

Absolutely Beautiful...After I read this poem I looked outside and felt a longing to head down by the river to listen as spring reaches out her hand to touch the earth...I love the way this poem made me feel...I don't think I have read much of your work but then I am not here often... but I must say I love the way the visions you paint come to life....Magnificent...**Big Hugs**
