i wrote this poem for a friend, because she asked me too. i hope you guys like it.

i have two very special friends,
amazing each in their own way,
but one loves the other more,
even more than her words can say.
its not that she's afraid to tell him,
its really she's afraid of what he'll do,
she has to keep it to herself,
cause even if it hurts, she can't lose you.

she's from the grand state of montana,
an he's so very far abroad,
he seems so exoctic, amazing, an cool,
she really cannot help that she's awed.
the hours she spends contemplating,
if her feelings are real or fake,
make me wish on every star for you both the best,
an i believe in y'all no matter what it takes.

i wish he only knew how she gives her heart,
because loving you is taking so much,
she's tried an tried to make you see,
how she'd give anything to feel your touch.
i really cannot tell if you are scared to care,
but i wish you'd let your guard lower, an turn yourself around,
if you would only open your eyes enough to see,
that she really can love you, an wont let you down.

an i honestly know if he would only believe
that what is meant to be will no matter what be
an he was more open-minded to the whole world
the love she feels would not seem so silly.
its taking too long for you to see that miles cant seperate fond hearts
an even if it takes forever for you to realize
i pray so that it happens soon,
an you will finally be quiet an open your eyes.
