A Hug To Warm Your Heart
(In loving memory of Marge)

I will always remember your
Encouraging words to me
To continue writing my heart out
And be the best that I can be

The distance between us
Won’t keep us apart
For you, my dearest friend
Are right here inside my heart

There’s only one thing I regret
My arms wouldn’t reach that far
Therefore I couldn’t give you
A hug to warm your heart

Sue, knowing Marge I would wager that she is  reading all these out-pourings of love for her. She surely knows of your appreciative heart and this lovely poem of yours. She was a friend to so many of us. She will be sorely missed.

Sue, very sweet, loving poem....I am sure Marge must feel the love.  She was an inspiration and will remain so.

We all felt like we could reach out and touch her, though perhaps most of us had not met her in person. Our love will follow her.  Joyce

Beautiful and heartfelt, Sue. I know if you would have met Marge, that she was just as real as her written words.

That's what she did Sue, encouraging people to write and I'm glad you listened to her, because what you write is just beautiful.
Marge will never be forgotten, because she lives through so many a heart.
