Blue cat clawing against a yellow tree.

Honey drippin from the bumble bee.

Sunlight kisses a sweaty brow;

Droplets drippin, Fallin down.

Dust pounds pavement in bent bereavement;

Crying for rain and thunder clouds.

Tear of sky is all but dry,no emotion left in the sun.

He who cares for balmy air is dreaming in windswept dreams.

For on this day that’s all there is…

Dreams of dust and sweat and blood,

Un-invigorated dry and sanguine.

I'm surrounded by blue dogs, (grin) but after Katrina I was delighted to find a blue cat rendering...in Katrina trash.

She makes me proud.

Much enjoyed.
