Old Bones spends a lot of time
being sad.

That’s the way it is.

Bones has become am addition to me almost as much as he is to you. But then, you were his friend.

Can't blame Bones for being sad once in a while as he's been dealt a sad hand.

Bobby - send Bones over to see me, I'll play him a few tunes on the guitar and his troubles will melt away, at least for a while...

Bones's tendons is like this:
less than weak, apart, and wit:

from where the wisdom's

heart that is...

Bones is Joneses
tendrilling
down the daft, deft

calcium --

Bones is oh-so-all alone;
he is
on the playground, twistedness:

atoned to mindset
all alone

spinning chains
of love that's lost--

Bones is dealing
with the cost

of the lance's lot

and pain:

Bones is all alone, again.

Daggering the lance

and spin

wishing for another grin

while dancing ghosts

in whet and darks:

as the ghosts play shadowing

in traces bouncing in the spark

of the laces bounding whims

where the statues

played a lark:

jousting, lovingly...

I have played in City Park.
I have been a statue made:
where the statues were a lark--

as I saw the concrete pray;

and Bones was all that was

a quark

of the minus-inta...

dark

laughing all the way.

Thanks Eric,

For the kind words on Bones.  Bones, like everyone else, has his up and downs.  He's doing good today.

Thanks dear Juju,

Yes, I agree, sometimes it's even important to be sad.

Thanks dear Serenity blaze,

Well love, it looks like Bones has inspired you to wax eloquent.  Bones seems to have that effect on people.

Nice write.

I think it is a very good sign that the old Bones is able to be sad ... it means he is alive. And who knows maybe he is reflecting upon life and he might even realize that there are things that matter much more than money ...

Here comes a hug for Bones, cheering him up
(hopefully!).

Love,
Margherita

Thanks dear Margherita,

For the big hug, and all that.

"MORE IMPORTANT THAN MONEY???"

such heresy.

Sometimes sadness just reaches out from the past and pulls us down. That's when it's good to be a tough survivor like Bones.
