            Anticipation

In flirting with the cold, dark
  and barren fantasies
dancing by the pale glow
of a late Winter-moon window,
one remembers all things that are
born of light and time passing …
awaiting the first fragrant mists
and dew covered shadows of
a fine Spring morning dawn.

I'm waiting...in anticipation,
for a fine spring morning!
A good write, poet.

It's funny that the anticipation in this poem was 4 a spring morning while I was born on a sunny spring day, but alot of my birthdays happened 2 B on rainy days , ....lol

& I still still know that every1 must have their own (sunny & rainy)days, right!

so nice....   T.c

As you know, Poet Bruce, your poems on all the seasons are very appealing to yours truly.
However, after a hard, arduous winter in my neck of the woods, I find myself looking forward with "Anticipation" to your poems on spring!

This was another splendid seasonal write!

Anticipation is all the more sweeter when one is accustomed to receiving what is expected---ah, the beauty of spring!

Thanks Bruce,
