Canadian Mice Adventure Eh! - Niagara Falls Finale From there we made it back to Niagara Falls, To take in the sites, both all day and night. From fireworks, to shopping, and some more rides, We just stopped here and there for a bite. Take advise from me if only this time, Never go to Niagara Falls on a long weekend, The traffic and people congestion there, Will truly send you right round the bend!  The Maid Of The Mist goes in behind the falls Something in your lifetime I hope that you see. Kit, Nan, and Ron ventured onboard again, While I heard the slot machines were calling to me!  We even rode a helicopter over the falls to see, If we were rightfully scared, and found we were alright, The falls were bigger and better from up in the sky, Than they even were in the darkness last night!  We headed back to Mousekiteer and Wayne's acres, To chat, watching fireflies by night, and birds by day. A more pleasurable trip I have never, ever had, And better company, well, there is simply no way! There are so many funny stories to tell I don’t want to go taking them all, But trust me when I tell all you folks of Pipps These four crazy mice sure had themselves a ball!  It was a pleasurable trip I’ll always keep in my heart. First time I was fooled too, and oh what a surprise! Thanks Ron for coming to play Boss the Cat, But I confess I saw right through that tacky tourist disguise.  |

I am glad you all are enjoying the trip. Just as I was getting used to the heat, slower pace there, and their stores, they told me to leave!  Always tomorrow. |

I forgot to mention the "down-time" was awesome on this trip as well, just sitting around with friends is as good as sitting around with family, to me the are both the same. Here's to Hell Yeah! 2006. Vegas? I just wanted to see if this would change color - man, he is good! |

Sharon, thanks so much for capturing our memories in both poetry and pictures. The collages are wonderful, and the words and pictures are something I will treasure ... as are the memories that brought them to life.  I sure wish I could turn back the clock one week ago today! LOL, I remember Niagara Falls, but didn't run around with poets. What a fun visit! Sara and I took that Maid of the Mist ride, and the day we left? (Oct 03) That's when that guy went over the falls...and lived! It must have been exciting to see Niagara Falls from the seat of a helicopter! |
