Mirror mirror on the wall
Who is the fairest of them all?
What's that you say... I need a overhaul?
I try to take good care of myself
With the latest gadgets lining my shelf
I buy tons of cream to grease my face
Spend a bloody fortune on my makeup base
It's really sad how low I'll stoop
(My false eyelash once fell in my soup!)
I prod and preen to please my men
To get a compliment now and then
When out to dine, it's always a fight
It must be dim...with candlelight
My bra's too tight but it lifts my sags
Wear sunglasses in the rain
To hide my bags
I totter around in the highest of heels
You men should wear them
To know how it feels
I may be older, but oh how I try
To catch the eye of some old guy
Now you tell me it's all for naught
I've wasted my money for all I've bought
You dear mirror have me really shook
So to HELL with you...I just won't look!

Thanks Shadows...it's amazing how low a gal will stoop just to get a compliment!

Thanks Sunshine. Vanity, thy name is woman.

I tell my kids all the time, that if my hair and makeup aren't done to my liking when I'm laid out, I'll sit up and do it myself!
