its one of those surprisingly
warm early winter days
faulsely prophesizing an impulsive
spring
there is....
no snow falling on cedars this yule tide
we hold moments longer in hiatus
in spite of a lack of winter mood
needless to say
breathing perpetual conversation this
Christmas Eve
drunk to the touch of hysterical interests
we evaporate in the snowfall of loving eyes
like sheer failure of memory
glaring a culture that disappears in sea
telling of wild and glorious journeys
in this middle of our life’s
thoughts renewed, like a carnival atmosphere
touching highest branches of hemlocks
standing proudly confident
on our beach at water’s edge….
oh, we wayward souls, how the portal
through which winter light branches
in this last part of December eyes
surrounds us with it’s magic
skillfully & vividly, deep with gratitude
rendering generous your heart
I could not want for a thing
after reading your well crafted prose
fumbling from the message you carried
to this woman…however unintended
yet a hopeful resurrection
explores more deeper then before
oh metronome heart, in the spirit of this place
I await…
in a place standing on the foyer
of still yet to be’s
flawlessly written
oh metronome heart, surely, not so unseen

merry christmas

Did I thank you for getting
a home computer yet?

NO?

Sheesh....

the same, without you.
