There comes a time when mind decides
to honestly and silently move the air around
and pick and choose amongst the vibes
only that which satisfies.

It’s a chore and task of magnitude
for so much fills the air
and the process of good filtering
a never-ending grunt and grind
of overused equipment.

Spare parts are out of date
and the oil of love now dried to paste
sits useless on the floor
in taunt of one to rise above
the arrogant and selfish.

But always in the way of life
bugs infiltrate the system
and work against the good intent
of the busy, busy, filterers
in sweat and toil most every day
until in fitful sleep
they dream of being free!

Helen, may the filters allow only that which is satisfying and useful to infiltrate your system!
