Listening to every heart

0 posted 2006-12-18 11:40 PM

The candle burns steady with Christmas spirit
The Angels seem near - their chorus - you hear it;
The flame of the candle burns ever brighter
The spirit of Joy makes every heart lighter

Come 'round poets, join this Christmas from Mary
Call all your friends, for the Spirit won't tarry;
A babe was born and He is truly the reason
For love in the world, and the Joy of the season!

Capture your heart in words, pen hope to the page
Let your thoughts whisper, prayers filled with sage;
For prayers from one's heart will always ring true,
And truth continues to bring blessings to you.

May your New Year bring light & wisdom to feel
May your writing continue to inspire and heal.
.
With our Christmas Blessings

Remember the reason for the season!
You did!

Good morning, dear friend.  This is a lovely invitation, a calling to poets to bring spirit to form upon page.

So wonderful to read you again.
