Blessings of The Day

Last night things happened
that still linger into today.
Last night things happened,
exciting my heart and
taking my breath away.
There's a feeling while
I'm in her arms, that time
alone tries to take away,
she touches me like a warm
ocean breeze, carressing me
within the blessings of the day.
