There was an ‘ol boy from Penn-vania
Driven by some sort of mania
   To prove that the 'limerick'...
   Was naught but a gimerick
Quite foolish and silly.....a painia!

I enjoyed this bit of Pennsylvania mania!

I gotta kick out of your limerick!

I come from that state of pure mania
The place that they call Pennsylvania
There's a plant down at Limerick
"No poetry gimmick"
A nuclear source of insania!

every time I see the word limerick,it conjures up images of the two towers nearby.
But I enjoyed your verse,It brought smiles
Thank you
