Song of Scotland! Oh Scotland!..... loveliest land of light-swept lochs and keys to my salvation. Finest nation!.... transcendental talisman for a tried and tired Templar!.... Oh Caledonia!.... heathered home of enchanted hills and hopes for my redemption. Grandest contemplation!.... serendipitous song for a sad and sorry soul.... Of castled crag and glen and mountain mist, mazarine mere, and mystic moor.... I sing an awed reprise to your indomitable spirit reflecting....in her eyes! |
