Cut me loose
Then save me from myself
And others weak;
Weep for me not
And sing for me low
So you’re ready to face the fire
When I go.

Layer on pain,
Streak on sorrow,
For according to you
This divinity of blasphemy
We all share,
In sinners’ shadows
We lurk;
Un-wanting, unwilling
Only alive in the eyes of the
Condemned.

Miranda,
This echoes with the shadows of pain felt by so many. You worded the perfection of the pain wonderfully.
