 Artist: Galen Rowell Spirit Mountain ~ Linda L. Dowd ~ I climb a spirit mountain When I’m pensive and reflective, To ponder my place in the world And gain a new perspective. Atop the shimmering summit I breathe the atmosphere so rare, And soak up radiant sunshine As I say a little prayer. I ask God for His guidance And the courage to carry on, And for joy to fill my spirit As I greet each gift of dawn. |
