Four score and more

I’ve sung my song four score and four
Past the age of cry and roar
Through all seasons pantomime
Now in care of fragile time

In whispered sound I hear the new
In fuzzy blur I see the dew
In memories drenched with awe and pain
Touch the furtherance of my reign

I’m drifting towards oblivion
In memories now chameleon
Cherry blossoms once sublime
Withering in the passing time

I’ve tuned my bow a single thread
To play the strings that I have wed
But fingers cannot touch the goal
That magic of a younger soul

Today I often sit and stare
Into a mist where nothings there

Oh, Mr. T., I just love you to bits. You have lead an exemplary life. ~ One of kindness, goodness, generosity, productivity and creativity.

I am a firm believer in reincarnation for its validity has been proven to me several times over in my own life and with those near and dear to me. The true stories I could tell are absolutely amazing.

With all that you have been, seen, done, and lived, your next life should be a glorious one! ~ for you will have deserved it to be!

A very moving piece of soul-expressive writing, Dear Sweet Sonneteering T-Man! You're the finest 84-year-young man I've ever had the privilege to know!

If not in this life than perhaps in the next, I'll have the pleasure of meeting you.
For you are on my list of things to do.

Sy, obviously you can't see the forest for the trees
I know you are in a great, green, blossoming, green forest of delightful creativity.

Fool, said my Muse to me, look in thy heart and write.

Dear dear Seymour you always write magic! Your Path of spiritual evolution is sprinkled with your wonderful poetry, so full of beauty and insight.

I believe there is no such thing as an "old soul", the soul is forever  young and you demonstrate this daily with your fantastic creativity.

God bless you.

Love and hugs.

LOL If I'm still roaring it must be a pretty tame one.

Afternoon Sy!
Pardon me for being a tad late..
had to get out of my clown costume.
Now..what's this about you being 84?
No way!  No how!  That just cannot be..
Why, you and I have dances to attend..
Meet you tonight 'round the river's bend.
& , love ya Sy!

Autumn, the year's last loveliest smile~
