Opal to Ecstasy

11 September 2006

Eyes of emerald green,
heart of compassion.
Breasts succulent to taste,
each nipple between lips so sweet.

Where this heart and this soul do meet,
a happy place, a happy place to be.
Each hand upon a thigh, an influx with grace
adjoining where mankind was incandescent.

Her buttocks, her arms, her shoulders,
this tender delight amenable.
Both of the same cloth,
one of silk and another cotton.

A unity transfixed, as unto that of time
where emotion and the physical
were a mental stability embraced
Captured in those opal eyes of alliance
colours merged as to greet

For then mercy was a scream
not of pain, neither of fear
This orgasmic delight to address

Besides the gemstone varieties of opals that show a play of colour, there are other kinds of
common opal such as the milk opal, milky bluish to greenish; resin opal, honey-yellow with
a resinous lustre; along with other varieties of opal including a colourless glass-clear opal
sometimes called Muller's Glass.

About 95% of the world’s opal comes from Australia. In particular, the town of Coober Pedy
in South Australia Where opals are also found in Mexico and parts of Central America. Another
Australian town, Lightning Ridge in New South Wales, is the main source of black opal, opal
containing a predominantly dark background (dark-gray to blue-black displaying the play of colour).
