alone

without words  alone
discarded
no verbiage to shed light
upon this gloom

in the distance
swirls of numbness summon
a siren’s summon to come
deeper in

a word
here and there
along this dark passageway
gently petitions

the warm  sound
agreeable enough
though

knowing detachment
is ravenous
with allowance of proximity

I open my mouth
in attempted warning

but
no words
are at my disposal

eventually all expressions
concise or otherwise weary
and drift away

silence’  purpose served
once more
without words
I am

alone

this one is dedicated to my muse who had moved to never never land for far too long

but I heard the sound
of quill to parchment
and followed her,

here.

a great tribute to our muse, something that sometimes loses its way; great piece.

The nice thing about our muses is that they pop back up... even if their timing is lousy. *S*

Excellent write, my friend. But...  you're never alone, you know... one have of two one and onlys can't be! *S*

I don't like that feeling when the words just won't come either.
I think my muse took a long vacation.

Well, ye be not alone anymore! Thy muse hast returned from never never land! ~ and she speaks as eloquently as ever!

'Tis wonderful to read the fruits of your combined poetic prowess once again!

Lovin' hug to both you and your returning Muse!

Siyo Luminosity, sigi for this sharing sometimes the shock of what people do to each other in cruelty makes me to feel this way. I feel a hurt so deep I can not express the feeling there are no words to answer, why?
This is beautiful lesson!
