Rewrite:

Gypsy Moth

My gypsy moth explores my fire
Dances close to my desire
Titillates my breach of mind
Just beyond my reach of bind

She’s tamed the dragon at the door
He doesn’t guard me any more
And now I’m caught in the abyss
Expectancy of touches bliss

It’s locked around my very soul
But cannot fill my weeping goal
And brought my infinite to bow
And turned it holier than thou

So I am bound a Gordian knot
Whose tie has made my spirits clot?
Promises of golden ties
Dreams and wiles of golden lies

It may be that flame destroys
Desires touch a moth too coy

Another coy moth spiraling down in flames
I love this, Sy!

Fool, said my Muse to me, look in thy heart and write.

Beautifully written.

"Dances close to my desire
Titillates my breach of mind
Just beyond my reach of bind"

Really paints an "emotional picture" if you will. Thanks for sharing, I enjoyed it a great deal

Seymour -
My brain isn't working at all today, and yet I still stop at your words and read them over and over. May take three of four times till the words penetrate but oh how they do. Lovely write!
