The Un-Known

Tonight I took a walk
It was a Moonless starry night
In the horizon a flash of lightning
From a passing storm lit up the sky
Gazing at the star
My vision wandered into the Un-Known
Seeing how insignificant
Our World may seem to the Universe
Whether there is other life out there or not
Why should it matter
When the life we have on Earth could end so suddenly
Looking at reality, if the World ended tomorrow
I am truly grateful
I shared this World with You
