.

I think things are falling..
I noticed it this morning
when the wind shook the maple in my yard.
Each leaf made an arc

that curled all the way
from my kitchen window
to the ferns in your garden..

"Cross inspiration", I thought,
and pinned a note to my heart.

These allusions settle me..
so I poured a cup of Chai tea
and drank to the trees.

Enchantress~
So stunningly lovely is this~

~Your leaves in drifting
fall across the heart of friend
kaleidoscopic
spreading warmth from your inkwell
in colors of word-adorn~

And I poured myself a cup of that same brew, and lifted it you.

As always, beautiful.

Hi, Nancy.

A delightful ode to Autumn's winds and a poet's whimsy.

Wonderful write...

Enjoyed the word play and the delicate touch of your feathered quill.

I join you in raising a cup of chai tea to the trees!

More trees please!

Warm, autumnal hug,

(smiles) With the eyelashes of the Chinook winds often feathering the scenery here in Portland, Oregon, I can envision this sweet, gentle autumn druid and fairy ball that your heart conjures up here, yay! (kiss on cheek) There's such beautiful serenity here, dearest friend, yay, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Nancy, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton
