Looking out across Sunday, leaving,
I see her bow after her dance,
another Monday soon will be here
and I guess we lost our chance.

Looking out across Sunday, leaving,
a hazy shade of a sigh alights
upon my heart and I think of you
and our beautiful together-nights.

Looking out across Sunday, leaving,
I realize I'm not ready yet
to give myself to you once more
until I'm sure I won't regret.

I smile, knowing all the secrets
my breath will someday tell
of what you mean to me, but now,
for now, Sunday bids farewell.

Dixie, the title alone could be a poem!
I love this, and the photo is perfect.
Hugs.
