It's not just anywhere that I can find you.
It's not just any time of day that I can see.
It's only through certain cracks in mind
and when the light is on at a certain degree

because now you are just a memory.

Dixie...I know that place of cracks and memory...I see it gracefully within your words.

Enjoyed...nice flow of thoughts...
When memories start coming into my mind, of someone I really cared for, I find myself thinking so many different thoughts ...
"I'm thinking of you now...will my thoughts be happy or sad...good or bad...and then I find myself thinking...I don't want you back, because I know that things will have to be different, with me and with you, for our relationship to exist not only in my heart but in reality"..James

Again, you have left me with a smile -- yes, it is a bit bittersweet. But, the memories can be so beautiful and the experiences make us the people we are now.  I think you write with the experience of memories -- if that makes sense?
