Packing up the car Looking around Saying goodbye to everyone As I get into my car Moving along Leaving all my family and friends Is this what I want Is this what I need I don’t know I stop at the stoplight I head on to the highway Passing up the sign Welcome to Illinois Moving along Leaving all my family and friends Is this what I want Is this what I need I don’t know Picked up the phone Yes, keep on going Im ready for this To live on my own Moving along Leaving all my family and friends Is this what I want Is this what I need I don’t know Welcome to Oklahoma Tons of new places Tons of new people Am I scared Yes I am afraid But Im ready |
