softly we sleep tonight
softly i weep toinght
i talk to your angel in
the skies i ask upon god
as to why

why now what have ive done
this time. why can't things just
be like they are in the movies

instead i just get the same old
stories. boy meets girl girl likes
boy

it all ends the same
me locked up in the bathroom
bound beaten and ashamed.

my heart how it ahes and bleeds

for it wasn't you who bestowed the touture
upon me it was me who let it happen
i am stronger tha you are

as i bit my lip and lie and settle down
on my bed for one last cry.

Fool me once shame on you.....Fool me twice shame on me.....
