you handed me the moqui marble,
flashed your enigmatic smile,
walked away

your energy pattern
stayed

I carry it
to this day

I gave the moqui marble to another
then walked away

Guess I'll have to ask the question, even though I loved the thought and write here...but what is a "Moqui" marble???

moqui marbles, or stones, balls...whatever one chooses to call them, are round to elliptical stones of sandstone encased in iron (hematite)
sometimes used by shamans (usually used in pairs)

"your energy pattern
stayed"

It certainly does that ... but as long as it's only love being passed on there's no problem.

Wow, Midnitesun!  What I would love to know is WHO you gave the marble to???...  Great energy to this poem... I'm slowly learning about stones and shamanism... and I liked the part about having two... as my dad would say, "take (or give) two, so you are never alone in life"...

nicely done, Kacy and when I am not at the  massage booth  on the weekends I am next door allowing those to feel the energy  and purchase the healing stones.

Short and to the point...and it is like this sometimes, huh....how one person can make such an impact.  I started collecting marbles about a year ago...lol....no kidding....perhaps I need to pick up one of these.  *grins at you, Kacy*......jo

moqui balls

but if you go back and type that in
you'll see with a laugh
why balls became marbles
