Falling Stars

Tonight I have arrived
to a point in the middle
the epicenter of a time
where the stars are brittle

I wonder if you learn from me
not to settle into tandem
but to keep on the look out
stars may fall at random

and if you're looking up
you might catch them in your eyes
if you’re lucky, twice or more,
falling stars don't mean demise…
but only if caught properly
when you're standing at a place,
you must be holding faith then
when you turn upright your face

there must be lack of noise
stop, be still, and listen
falling stars are only as loud
as the dust that makes them glisten

you must open a target soul
they do not like empty jars
you'll only catch them if you believe
every night, God taps the stars.

I love these lines, well in fact I like the whole thing...

Simply great. Once again you've managed to cheer me up! You'll have to stop that, your making it difficult for me to be a peesimist. lol

Darlin' Dixie, this is pure pixie dust!

May your soul be forever open to the beauty and magic of God's twinkling star Light.

You are like a lovely lotus blossom. As your petals unfold, they reveal the beauty within you.

Love & Star Light,
Linda
