Trash That’s what they said I was I’m trash Just because I’m too head strong It’s my fault I don’t belong I hurt people and make them cry Everyone keeps on asking me "why"? It’s my fault their crying Watching their tears is worse than dying But when I say I’ll go They grab onto me and tell me no! You can’t make it on your own! So tell me why with you all here I feel so alone I’m just trash My dreams are trash They’ll never make cash Questioning my own heart Tearing my whole world apart These feelings I can’t seem to place Looking away from the world I hide my face |

It's an unfortunate thing, and one I've fallen victim to, much too recently for my own comfort...but this comment that I just made /pip/Forum96/HTML/000638.html#3 is something we can easily apply to ourselves, with the same results. Sometimes that's the only way to get it OUT...and we poets are blessed to be able to really get it out there when we do. Actually, I think maybe you're a musician or a lyricist....the rhythm in this poem is very effective. |

I liked this a lot. I would also add that making hurting people is something we all do even if we are not always there to see it. Oh, I happen to like depressing poems by the way. If you ever want to cheer yourself up go and read some of passing shadows' work it always works for me  "The world won't end in darkness, it'll end in family fun |
