In everything

Of Megalomanic proportions

There is a inner deathwish.

Poets burn libraries

Warm their hands in the fire

Breathing in the scent of evaporated thoughts.

The tidlewave rocks back and forth.

Feverish religions of burning faith

Turn into institutions and inquisitions.

The burning idealist turns into a monster.

Hitler was an idealist.

Eichmann a mathematician.

Skyscrapers sweep the horison with their gaze.

Here I will explain, crucify Me if you like, I dont

mind thus (by means of explanation) ruining the beauty of my poem.

I believe in the true monster of automation.

In my nightmares this is just what mankind has turned into.

No feeling, a jack-in-the-box kind of a marionette.

Nazis trainloaded Jews to die with the same precision they made Wolksvagens.

And havent we passed that already.(both in the scale and in the precision, and lack of a guilty conscience), who could blame the one who brings prosperity as long as the garbage can be loaded to some faroff land.

There are very few organizations that truly oppose the idea of endless progress, which as we know is an impossibility.

I don`t think Hitler truly was a bad man, his dream just got out of control,

The third reich was a dying dream of nationalism, now swept aside everywhere by global markets.

Believe me, despite the outer freedom and liberation it brings, it truly is a deadlock with a little closer inspection.

Thank you, and sorry.

Although I disagree with your assessment of Adolf, there is much credibility to other comments about automation and a lack of conscience.

People kill things, they don't kill people, and usually they're repelled by the thought of even hurting another person. That's why the drunken husband calls his wife some B-or-W-or-worse word that the PiP nannyware would bleep if I used it....he needs to see her as less than a person, so he can release himself to slap her around, or the KKK boys would use other words than Mister, before they lynched.....

The precision handling made them cargo, helped reduce those Jews from people to things -- dehumanized them -- in the Germans' eyes, and that somehow made it more tolerable to murder them.

Thinking of it that way, sort-of dehumanizes my view of all of us, myself included. I'm both sorry and glad that I read this poem!
