The shadows are singing blues
Walking the chill of blue notes,
Crisp sounds ringing frozen time,
Leading tone of a passing note,
Quarter tone of promissory notes.

Brilliance of a nightingale call
Upon harmony elevating melody,
Composition silenced admiration,
Catching every infectious breath,
Inflection on heart beat rhythms.

Shatter the crystal night calm
Upon the intoxicating love song.
Musician mating with instruments
Upon a spiritoso crescendo climax,
Making love in such a major scale.
