The time has come once again
To take up pen, and dream away
To let the flow of verse and line
To let the mind go

Take up the paper and the pen
Write your whims desire
Open up your heart with in
And show your true desire

Let the words take you away
To that place of lour
Where love is forever
And death is never more

Let the verse sooth your soul
And immerse you in its love
Let this poem mean to you
As much as it means to me

You are a good poet as soon as you try to reach others with your words.
You are a great poet when those same words touch your heart first.

Hey Wilfred!  Welcome Home!!
It's been so long, TOO long since I have read you or Sherry!!
How's everything going there?
Wiz says you missed a good magic meet last night.
Oh, btw, love the poem!
Now get Sherry on here to post as well.

Hi, there MM ! It's been awhile since you put pen to paper and posted at pip! (How's that for alliteration?!? )

Enjoyed your poem and your warm presence!

Giving you a big, warm, welcome-back hug ~ and give one to Sherry and your mom-in-law, Sheila!
