One Moonbeam Shy
~*Marge Tindal*~

~*~
~One teensy,
One weensy, tiniest, little
Moonbeam shy of total realize
That my lovely Luna has phased full
A crowded life in the busy of making
Just kept me from this breathtaking
View of her softest September adorn
Yet, I will stay the night of ebon sky
To catch a glimpse as she wanes by
I know full well in October swell
She will come and beckon me
To gaze upon her light
Once more~

*For Enchantress, turnabout is fair light*
~Thank you for inspiring me on this moonie~

At 6 AM I sat at my dining room table looking out our big window to the west.  Just as though it'd been framed for me, that big golden ball was suspended beyond our maple tree branches reach.  The beauty brimmed my eyes with tears.  I'm glad you captured it with such a lovely word picture.

I am often in awe of the many phases and beauty of the "Seas of Tranquility"---as much as I am in awe of your beautiful pennings......

The moon is beautiful ALL the time, but I think autumn adds that little extra something to make it magical.

And it is only but a few weeks away, again...

Now catch it in October, Marge, when the Harvest Moon becomes its finest light...

My stars (or moons) .. it is a pleasure to see how much you all seem to be enjoying this little offering~

As you all know .. I am in Luna's Light
and write to share~
Thank you for letting me know you enjoy it~

I ADORE the *gift* of 'shape-structured' poetry,
it seems to like to romp so freely in my ink~

I appreciate each thoughtful reply~
