Possibilities lie ahead
Happiness accompanied by dread
What I’ll do and who I’ll be
Where I’ll go and who I’ll see
Some tell me-
I’m better than the rest
That there’s no need for this distress
But I strongly disagree
For you see
It’s only me
No one else
On this road
I walk
By myself
Without love
Lonely
And
Alone

love begins with a friendship...
and develops by way of caring and
sharing and forgiveness and acceptance...
time and effort....
no shortcuts...

Feeling the sadness in this,
with a tint of underlying hope.
Possibilities, always exist, even when we can't always see them.

enjoyed.

yeah, that says about even if we become someone up there, it gets overwhelming to be alone, even with success.

That feeling ends.....

"some tell me-"

and I hope it does for you. Writing it out is one of the best things a poet has going, when life brings that to us.... So get t'writin, kiddo -- I wanna see more of your stuff!

Concise and to the point... I like it. Then I always a fan of the more depressing poetry.

This was cool how you brought the last lines down to more and more quick and simple terms, as they projected the loneliness.
