How to tell composition from composer

Arranger from arrangement

You are not your job

But your job is you

You see

Because thats what you do

And you cant tell the dancer from the dance

Its a hopeless romance

Trying to distinguish the dance

All art is the same

A tragedy of lifes honest game

Its always better to be hungry then full

Being full is the same as not being hungry at all

A lesson to learn in life

Its all the same when you see things as trite

I can never change who I am

But that wont stop me from being all I can

Some live life as a dream

Others sew the seam

Faith seems dignit in reason

Providing a way and season

For rebirth

Love is real

Living to know

Expanding to grow

Not just the opposite gender

Intimate knowing

Growing

Why gay?

Because love goes either way

Why kill?

Psychological reason has taught us this thrill

A reason for every life

Truth is the sane of night

Why lie?

We pretend to fly

We are the eyes of god

Collectively revealing

Fluid distrust

Lust

Were

Always changing

Remaining

Always the same thing

With eyes closed and a vision

Transformed before my eyes

I now realize

We are not who we seem

Not us and not them

Not who I think I am

There are so many quotable lines in your philosophizing, poetic thoughts!

i.e.

"I can never change who I am

But that wont stop me from being all I can"

~ Hallelujah, amen! I ditto that!

Those are the very lines I gravitated to,
as well.  An excellent poem, and one that
I read three times, to encapsulate the emotion.

Thank you.

I have learned....finally and too late to prevent most of the bad stuff from visiting me....life shouldn't happen to me, I should happen to it. But even too late may not be too late.
