today is another shirt with buttons
and you perhaps nearly wearing
but mostly not

pretending nonchalant with your feet up
almost new sandy on your toes
from the beach and thinking

before you found the hound of my lap
for your face to be friends
and the cave of my arm

to hide under while you whisper
about my vulnerability and addiction
to someone like you

when you are nearly helpless to resist

Exactly.

Good morning, D.  You continue to sketch a

when you are nearly helpless to resist

  how could she not be?
You do know how to make a lady feel helpless, stranger,
but I have the feeling, you would always be there to help pick her back up when she falls??

Morning hugs babe.
