As Roses Wilt


She had her
own reasons
for leaving.
I thought I knew
what they were.
At one time
I thought I knew
the reasons
I was left.
Now considering
everything, I'm
not so sure.

It always amazes me when I think I know and then I realize how little I do know -- what I thought I understood really is so unclear to me.
