My love is a ghost
scented of wind, it takes
a lifetime to be said and
no time at all to cry

my love is like your love
a poesy you put to another
skin, on  which your ink
often can't write

the river sings alone
between its lies

why did you call me a man?

It's time
for the olden wood to play
and no matter which kind

the essential care is to have
inside, a blues to sound
and a soul to shine

Since I'm in love with the pan flute, I assumed that I would love a poem orchestrated by one! ~ and my assumption was correct!

Hi there, Pan! Welcome to pipTalk.com! Nice to make your acquaintance!

Giving you a warm, welcoming hug,

These lines-
"the river sings alone
between its lies"
really spoke to me.

WELCOME TO PASSIONS!
I so much enjoyed your entrance post.
I'll be watching for more of your work.

For it was not into my ear you whispered
But into my heart..
It was not my lips you kissed
But my soul.
