What About Love
~*Marge Tindal*~

What about love is so compelling
as to send a heart rappelling
into the depths of another ?

What about love in a moment so weak
as to leave another with no words to speak
knowing that silence is sometimes golden ?

What about love that captivates
the thoughts of another in anticipate
of the foreverly moment of entwine ?

What about love is eternally surreal
as to leave another with the feel
that they are stronger because of you ?

What about love feels so right
that when dawn swallows the moon of the night
it finds you wrapped in the arms of one
who makes you glow anew ?

You ... you, are total love to me
as I try to be total love to you~

~Bet you can't guess that this one is for my Tweetie, Bill~
Babe ? You are about love ... my love~

That golden silence... when hearts don't need the words to convey their overflowing... *S*

Some memories are lush enough to sustain through any drought... thank you for turning me to these. *S*

Marge,  I'm with Linda, I have been such a fan of your poetry and haven't been on PIP for such a long time, it was a real treat to jump in here today and find this one.  It took my breath away!!!

I love the way this feels... I had to read it aloud.

Joyce~
Yes, to strive ... and sometimes we are fortunate enough to seep into the heart of another and homestead there~

Marge, it does make you glow!  What is it about love that opens a poem and pours out music, kisses the heart and leaves a smile on your reader's faces?

I have to admit, I'm sighing here.  How inricate that word Love is.  To love is to evolve... and that is a very interesting phenomenal word, too.

Hugs,
Klassy

Whatever it is about love it seems to have wrapped itself around you both and that's a most wonderful and rare occurrence.  Everything good flows from love as do your words.  Thanks for this look into love even though I still don't know exactly what it is - perhaps it's just enough to know that "it is".
