charcoal man
turns dream sheets
wipes lady’s bare feet
with cool
lays her back
shadow hair floats on pillow
he reaches to touch
push back

palm of his hand
wears white scar
gift from her anger
congo memory
wraps itself around her mind
bites
she whimpers
brings the white to red lips
lays kiss
where she wounded him

eye to eye
she whispers him
I fell where the demon
lies
my heart sore
told me
lay him low
yet I craved you
with my soul
with my holy soul

   I know darlin’
   I know
   hush now

he moves scar
warm
to place she dreams it

she is hushed

Kate~
It is such a pleasure to see a poet handle soft, sensual thoughts in such a dignified and stirring manner~

I felt this was such a delicate read~
THANK YOU~

hushed by day, alive at night.
the dark and light is good to see.
a lust so held, yet given into,
with a deamon in check and heaven above.

so lovely with words and the light and dark : )

Ah, who needs to make sense.  Sensual and sense so alike and so far apart.  I'll just enjoy the sensation of the sensual on my mind and worry about sense another day.

Wonderful, Kate.  I am so glad that they shared their story with you so you could share it with us.
