Lumpy Oatmeal makes me Crazy!

Glasses

You know, I can't stop fidgeting
with these damn glasses.
I don't know why
they drive me crazy.
But, they remind me
of my first training bras!
I hated them with a passion and
fought wearing them every day.
I am like that with my glasses.
I know I need them
just like that training bra
but I hate them and fight them.
I have to keep looking for them
as I take them off and set them down
and that is why I can't find
the last overly priced pair I bought
(glasses not bra).
And while I am pondering things
why do we call them training bras?
I mean it is not like my breasts were being trained
They don't not need a bra now
because I spent a year in a training bra.
Personally, I tend to think of it
as a dependency issue.
Now, they need the bra
- kind of like me and my glasses.
Go figure!

conveniences~~ either or ( I remember those days when they were burned...)

I feel the same way about glasses and bras
but, they are the lesser evil, I think.
without one, we might have some things
'hanging' out in places they shouldn't hang, and without the other, we wouldn't notice them peeking out. (is that why you ran around with you skirt tucked into your undies?)
